As a Senior OOHC Carer Intake, Recruitment, Training and Support worker you will provide further resourcing to our Foster Care team through intensive carer recruitment and retention activities, supporting accreditation and assessment of foster carers and providing intensive support and supervision to carers as required.
You will be responsible for quality and audit compliance and comprehensive case noting and reporting, as well as assisting the OOHC Intake coordinator to manage the daily intake of foster care placements and related admin tasks as they arise.
Working closely with the OOHC Intake Coordinator, OOHC Team Leader and Program manager and marketing team you will help drive carer recruitment and accreditation across Eastern Melbourne.
You are self-motivated enthusiastic, skilled individual who can make clear recommendations regarding suitability for accreditation, and strengths and vulnerabilities of a potential carer when looking after children.
