Find your career at Uniting and you can make a difference for individuals, families and local communities across Victoria and Tasmania.
Our vision for reconciliation is all people standing together to create socially just and culturally safe relationships with, and opportunities for, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We are a community services organisation of the Uniting Church. But you might be surprised by what ‘faith-based’ looks like at Uniting.
Our stance on many things tends to differ from other religious organisations. Most importantly, we believe in empowering people of all faith, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, as well as all gender and sexual identities. We believe diversity is a strength and a privilege.
It means that you are welcome here, whatever your religious beliefs or identity. And it means we value the difference in all that you bring - to us and to those we support and empower. None of us are the same. But what unites us are our values of compassion, respect, boldness and imagination.
Essentially, if you believe in confronting injustice, you belong at Uniting Vic.Tas.
