Your new role
As the first point of contact for staff and visitors at our Head Office, you will ensure the smooth operation of our busy two-floor workspace at 130 Lonsdale Street.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of reception and coordination of office operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient administration and compliance with safety and operational procedures. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and well-functioning work environment, and promoting a culture of community and connection.
