The Op Shop Volunteer Coordinator supports prospective Op Shop volunteers through a timely and consistent application process. They provide efficient and effective support through processing applications and maintaining records, in liaison with Op Shop Managers.
This is a maximum-term (12 months) full-time role, working Monday to Friday for 76 hours per fortnight.
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or demonstrated experience in coordinating volunteer, consumer or employee programs.
You will be confident to work autonomously, communicate effectively with all stakeholders across a diverse range of backgrounds, and foster excellent working relationships at the site where they are located and across our Op Shops.
