As our Service Leader, you’ll be the heart of the service, leading daily operations, inspiring educators, and ensuring children receive high‑quality education and care in a warm, welcoming environment.

From meeting and exceeding the National Law, Regulations and National Quality Standard to bringing our Quality Improvement Plan to life, we’re all about doing things brilliantly.

Your skills and experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).
• Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC, childcare, education or recreation)
• Confidence coordinating programs and supporting other educators
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Employee Working with Children Check
