Your new role

As Training and Coaching Lead, you will lead the design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of Child, Youth & Family training and coaching programs across Victoria and Tasmania. You will partner with Operations, Practice, Quality and People & Culture to build workforce capability and measure learning and its impact on practice.

You will use qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify capability priorities and monitor implementation of the Uniting Therapeutic Model of Care.

You will provide actionable insights to leaders to strengthen practice quality, service outcomes and workforce development investment.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor level degree in social work, psychology or related discipline
  • Master level in social work, psychology or related discipline (desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training qualification (desirable)
  • Demonstrated commitment to child safety and creating safe environments for children and young people.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and deliver engaging training to diverse audiences.
