Your new role

As the Volunteer Systems Support, you will be helping people who help people. As an integral part of the Volunteer and Student Engagement team, you will support Uniting’s volunteer programs by processing applications, onboarding and offboarding volunteers, managing workforce records, and collaborating with Volunteer Coordinators and local leaders to provide high quality customer service.

Your skills and experience
  • Experience managing confidential personnel records is essential
  • Experience in Better Impact or similar HR software is preferred
  • Experience working in a community service organisation is preferred
  • Proven capability to educate and advocate for a contemporary, values-based approach to volunteering
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
