Your new role

As a Program Support Officer you will play a vital role in keeping our Family Services Program running smoothly. In this dynamic position, you will support office operations, manage financial administration, and contribute to meaningful program delivery that makes a real difference in the community.

You will thrive working both independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the site.

Your skills and experience

You will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
  • Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback
