You will play an important role in assisting our Room Leaders and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities to build a child’s sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.

      Benefits of working at Uniting

Work part-time 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday, covering staff lunch breaks, Service Leader program and planning.

In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program. You can access a 60% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre and access to 10 weeks of paid parental leave.
