Your new role

In this pivotal role, you will create meaningful pathways for consumers to engage with the community, while drawing on your respectful and compassionate approach to support individuals experiencing family violence.

Your leadership skills will shine through as you oversee daily operations, offer direct client support, and guide your team with confidence.

By contributing to policy development and advocacy, you’ll also help shape and strengthen the delivery of high-quality community services, ensuring positive and lasting outcomes.

Your skills and experience 
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

Experience

  • Experience delivering children and families services, including statutory care and placement programs.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.
