You will play a key role in supporting our new HCM application that enables Uniting’s workforce management. Initially, you’ll join the Project Mosaic team to assist in the successful implementation of our new HCM solution, developing a deep understanding of the system and its integration within Uniting.
Once in production, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and optimising the HCM systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet user needs. You’ll promote user adoption through consistent, high-quality support and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key projects to consolidate or procure fit-for-purpose HCM applications.
Post-implementation, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and the technical components of the systems, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

In addition to your salary of $86-92k (based on experience) + super, you can access the following.
