Our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program is the largest provider in Victoria, helping create inclusive environments for children with disabilities, developmental delays, or complex medical needs. We believe in providing genuine opportunities for every child to access and actively participate in kindergarten programs.
If you are experienced in data entry, admin, and Excel and you’re ready to use your skills for good, we have a great opportunity to be part of a team that provides admin and timesheet support for our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program.
Despite this role being a “behind the scenes” role it is pivotal to the daily operations of the KIS program. The role requires the incumbent to be flexible, take initiative and have great communication and administrative skills – including the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
This is a full-time ongoing role based in Ringwood, but with the flexibility to also work some days from home.
In addition to base salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
We offer a hybrid (WFH) and flexible work environment and can set you up to work remotely for up to 4 days per week, with at least one day based in our Ringwood office.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
You are an experienced administrator with sound computer skills who knows your way around Excel and timesheets. You are confident with data management processes, and you take pride in your exceptional attention to detail and speed.
You will also bring experience in planning and organisation of events, the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, and a track record in preparing reports and maintaining concise records.
Being part of a well-established team, your helpfulness and can-do attitude will make you a great fit.
