Join Uniting’s Training & Capacity Building Team in a senior leadership role supporting, mentoring, and developing facilitators with lived/living experience in Mental Health and AOD.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support the facilitator team, fostering a strong, positive team culture • Oversee the delivery and development of lived experience training programs • Coach trainers in best practice, co-facilitation, and skill development • Ensure safe, high-quality training delivery (online and in-person) • Work closely with Voices Vic and AOD facilitators on key training programs, including Hearing Voices and Consumer Education

Your skills and experience
We’re seeking a skilled professional with both formal training and lived experience to lead and support Lived and Living Experience Workforce (LLEW) training in Mental Health and AOD.
Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work, or Training and Assessment
OR tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Youth Work, or Allied Health
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Experience managing LLEW staff and working in a lived experience team
Skilled in training facilitators and managing training staff
Solid understanding of the Mental Health and/or AOD system
Strong collaboration and networking skills with health services
