Your new role

You will play a key role in supporting our new Home and Community Care Services Consumer Management Systems (HACC CMS) application that supports Uniting’s work in the HACC operations. Initially, you’ll join the CMS Transformation team to assist in the successful implementation of our new HACC CMS solution, developing a deep understanding of the system and its integration within Uniting.

Once in production, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and optimising the CMS systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet user needs. You’ll promote user adoption through consistent, high-quality support and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key projects to consolidate or procure fit-for-purpose HACC CMS applications.

Post-implementation, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and the technical components of the systems, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

Your skills and experience

You will have a proven track record in providing system support for complex enterprise CMS and CRM systems. Whilst not mandatory experience in the HACC service stream would be an advantage. You are known for your great customer service when it comes to responding to a range of stakeholders and end users.

You will also bring with you:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Community Services, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn systems and business processes, and effectively support and train users.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CMS systems, with experience in system implementation, business analysis, and process improvement (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities independently, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
