As part of a collaborative and growing P&C Partnerships team, you’ll work closely with an experienced Partnerships Manager and leaders across the organisation to deliver a practical, solutions-focused Business Partnering service.
You’ll support a broad range of people initiatives and day-to-day partnering activities, including workforce planning, ER/IR, organisational change, performance, remuneration and WHS.
