Lead research and evidence activities to strengthen Uniting's advocacy impact.
As the Advocacy Research & Insights Lead, you’ll design and lead an organisation-wide research and insights agenda that strengthens our advocacy impact. You’ll translate complex policy challenges into clear research questions, commission and manage research, and synthesise insights that inform campaigns, policy positions and public debate.
Working across Advocacy, service delivery, evaluation and communications teams, you’ll connect internal data, external research and lived experience to build compelling, evidence-based narratives. You’ll also support leaders with high-quality briefings, submissions and insights to influence government and sector reform.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how evidence, data and lived experience drive advocacy in a large, values-led organisation.
