Your new role

As a Certificate III Qualified Educator in our Collingwood Long Day Care centre, you’ll support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a warm, welcoming environment. This position is a parental leave cover role, and is expected to end in August 2026.

You’ll work confidently with small cohorts of children in a multi-age setting, contributing to a child-led educational program that values curiosity, relationships and play.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, supported by experienced Primary Educators who encourage shared practice, reflection and growth.

Your skills and experience

Experience in a child-led environment is welcome, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important.

You will bring with you:

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Experience working confidently and independently with small groups of children.
• An interest in a contemporary setting that focuses on child-led early learning practice.
• A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
