The ideal candidate will bring a combination of relevant qualifications, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services. They will demonstrate the ability to manage teams, drive positive change, and respond effectively to the needs of clients, carers, and families.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Services, Disability, or a related field (essential)
Proven leadership experience
Strong understanding of carer, client, and family needs, and service delivery gaps
Experience managing programs, staff, and budgets
Proactive problem-solving and innovative decision-making skills
Ability to support change and foster a positive team culture
Experience in project work using project management principles
