Are you passionate about supporting young people and empowering teams to do their best work? We’re looking for a Assistant House Supervisor, Residential Care to help lead the day-to-day life of our vibrant 24/7 residential home.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Team Leader to keep the house running smoothly, supporting staff, promoting safety and wellbeing, and helping create a warm, therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.
From guiding and mentoring staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring OHS standards are met, to working directly with young people and their support networks, you’ll play a vital role in helping each child feel safe, and supported to achieve their goals.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your initiative, step into leadership, and make meaningful decisions, all while being backed by strong systems, clear practices, and a supportive leadership team.
