The Youth Support Services Program provides case management support to vulnerable young people aged 12-18 years who reside in Residential Care or Lead Tenant settings. The Youth Support Services team also services the Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support Programs, which support parents and young people through a range of creative and flexible intervention strategies. The programs aim to divert young people away from the statutory system and reduce the need for Child Protection involvement.
As Team Leader, you will provide effective leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team of Case Managers and volunteers. The role will work closely with the Home Based Care, Youth Support and Navigator Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of high quality, consumer-focused services. The Team Leader will also oversee the recruitment of volunteer lead tenant mentors.
