Your new role
We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our HR Connect team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for all questions relating to each stage of the employment lifecycle. You will provide advice Uniting’s workforce on queries relating to P&C policies and procedures, T&Cs of employment, life cycle processes and HR systems support, referring/escalating queries to the appropriate P&C team where required. You will also play a key role in supporting and guiding leaders through recruitment, onboarding and employment variation processes.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
A tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience as a HR Advisor or similar role
An understanding of relevant modern awards and enterprise agreements
Experience with HR systems – PageUp & PayGlobal
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
