Your new role
We invite you to apply for the position of Early Childhood Teacher – Service Leader with Uniting.
You will lead, guide and support the team in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children. This includes developing strong relationships with children at the service, their families, and the community.

Your skills and experience
For this role you will have:
Bachelor’s in early childhood education as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
