We are seeking a Service Coordination Officer to provide administrative and customer service support across teams and programs. This role involves liaising with vendors, resolving invoicing issues, and managing client data and service processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders are essential.

About you
We’re looking for a candidate with strong administrative experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience in the human services sector and be confident in handling both customer service and supplier queries. Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant systems are essential.
Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Ability to provide effective admin support in a busy environment
Experience in customer service, including managing phone and online enquiries
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet) and web-based software
Familiarity with client databases and business systems such as Procura, DC2Vue, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Coupa
Experience in the human services sector (desirable)
