Your new role
This key role oversees the daily operations of Home-Based services in the Wimmera Catchment area, making sure everything runs smoothly. You will enable and ensure that young people and their carers receive high-quality, personalised support that aligns with their individual care plans and respects their choices and needs.
In addition to managing services, you will support and supervise a team of engaged Case Managers and work closely with other service providers to build strong partnerships. This includes managing a small number of cases.

Your skills and experience
A relevant tertiary qualification in leadership and management, social work, community development and/or demonstrated experience in the provision of leadership and people management within services in the health or welfare sector.
Experience
Significant experience in child youth and family program service delivery, leadership and management or other human services (essential)
Extensive and contemporary knowledge of and experience in understanding the needs of consumers with engagement with Out of Home Care Services.
Proven experience in leading and developing a diverse, engaged and cross-functional workforce focused on delivery of client outcomes.
Demonstrated staff supervision and leadership skills and ability to deal with challenging clients and complex issues.
