Your new role

Working within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high quality specialised AOD interventions, assessment and treatment planning through an intersectional and trauma-informed lens. In addition, you'll play a vital role in shifting the landscape of service provision by supporting the integration of AOD and Mental Health within the service and supporting a strong lived experience workforce.

Your skills and experience

You will have significant experience in AOD, a strong understanding of therapeutic AOD and Mental Health interventions, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people and organisations.

You will also bring with you:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a health/welfare related discipline
  • A Certificate IV in AOD or completion of the AOD Core Competencies (or willingness to complete within first 2 years of employment)
  • Competencies in dual diagnosis (or willingness to complete within first 2 years of employment)
