Your new role
As part of our ICT Help Desk team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the core ICT applications, systems and hardware that support the delivery of critical community services. You will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to enable seamless technology operations for our sites across Victoria and Tasmania. You will respond to queries from Uniting's workforce via phone, email and face to face at sites, monitor queues and escalate tickets where appropriate.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Previous experience working as part of a help desk team using ITIL processes and compatible technologies to maintain service support excellence
Experience in providing services within diverse geographical region to a large service organisation
Demonstrated experience in engaging with ICT and other professionals
Working knowledge of O365 applications
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
