We're seeking a qualified professional to support individuals and families affected by alcohol and other drug (AOD) use. The role involves conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based counselling to reduce AOD-related harm, support behaviour change, and promote recovery. The position may also include providing supervision to colleagues.

Your skills and experience
You will hold a tertiary qualification in a health or welfare related discipline. You will also bring with you:
Relevant tertiary qualification in health or welfare, such as:
Social Work
Psychology
Nursing
Allied Health Sciences
Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) or completion of core AOD competencies (or ability to complete within 24 months of employment).
Experience working with Aboriginal communities.
Understanding of systemic issues (e.g. racism, colonialism).
