Your new role
As a Reporting Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting our mission to create a more just and equitable society. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing robust reporting solutions to provide valuable insights into our workforce data.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored analytics
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.
Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement within the People & Culture function.
The outputs will include Board reports, monthly dashboards, compliance, recruitment activity and external workforce reports (ABS, WGEA, Mercer, etc.)

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful change. A background in human resources, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools, Applicant Tracking / Recruitment systems / Payroll systems, is highly desirable.
