Your new role
As a Receptionist/ Administration officer you will provide administrative support to the programs located at 211 Chapel St Prahran and will be the first point of contact in a busy and challenging environment.
The position aims to deliver effective administration services and reception support to all customers, both internal and external, with a focus on professional customer service and continuous improvement. To assess initial consumer engagement and risk with the service and respond accordingly. The position provides a positive and welcoming environment that fosters a culture of community and connection.

Your skills and experience
To be successful in your application you will possess relevant tertiary qualification in a business admin related discipline and/or Cert II, III or IV in Business Admin
You will also have:
Relevant experience in providing a broad range of administrative duties and office support
Proven experience in coordinating office activities on a day-to-day basis as well as focus on delivering high level customer service
Demonstrated experience with the operation of a variety of Windows based applications and databases, and word processing skills.
Ability to prioritise work and perform task with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, all whilst working under pressure.
