Your new role
As Mosaic Project Coordinator, you’ll work with our Project Manager to deliver our Dayforce HCM implementation. You’ll keep plans, risks and actions on track while liaising with the broader project team, stakeholders and vendors.
This is a great opportunity to build your project career by contributing to a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation in a supportive team environment.
The role is full-time, with a maximum term to 30 June 2026. We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement between our Lonsdale Street office and work-from-home.

Your skills and experience
You're known for delivering great customer and stakeholder experiences, you have some solid project exposure under your belt, and you're ready to take the next step into a larger, more complex project environment.
You will also bring with you:
Hands-on coordination of technology or HRIS/HCM projects (Dayforce a bonus)
Strong scheduling, documentation and risk-tracking skills
Confident communication skills with stakeholders and vendors
High attention to detail and accuracy in project artefacts
Proven team player able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
