Your new role

Are you a proactive, detail‑driven admin superstar who loves keeping things orderly and supporting busy teams? We’re looking for an Administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help our team shine, including:

  • General Administration: Filing, managing correspondence, photocopying, printing, and binding — you keep our office running like clockwork.
  • Office Systems Management: Maintain efficient office systems and introduce new staff to how everything works.
  • File & Records Support: Assist with file registers and centralised filing systems to ensure everything is accurate and accessible.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and make sure every attendee has what they need.
  • Minute Taking: Capture accurate minutes and distribute them promptly.
  • Reporting: Run reports to support end‑of‑month processes.

Your skills and experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
  • Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback.
