Your new role

Are you an organised, detail‑loving admin star who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting a busy, collaborative team? We’re looking for an Administrator who takes pride in helping others succeed and creating a well‑organised, welcoming workplace.

In this varied and people‑focused role, you’ll play an important part in helping our team stay on track. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General Administration: From filing and managing correspondence to printing, photocopying, and binding — you’ll help keep our day‑to‑day operations humming.
  • Office Systems Support: Keep our office systems running efficiently and help new team members become familiar with how everything works.
  • File & Records Support: Assist with maintaining file registers and centralised filing systems so information is always accurate, tidy, and easy to find.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, set up agendas, and make sure everyone has what they need to stay prepared.
  • Minute Taking: Capture clear and accurate minutes, then share them promptly with the right people.
  • Reporting: Run simple reports to support our end‑of‑month processes and help the team stay informed.

Your skills and experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
  • Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback.
