Your new role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Policy and Evaluation Officer to join our Policy and Evaluation Team in the Quality Division. This is a support-focused role that contributes to the implementation and ongoing improvement of Uniting’s Policy Framework, Legislative Compliance Framework, and Consumer Outcomes Framework. Reporting to the Team Leader, Policy and Legislative Compliance, you’ll work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across the organisation to support high-quality service delivery and strengthen Uniting’s commitment to continuous improvement, compliance, and outcomes-based practice.

Your skills and experience
  • Tertiary Qualifications within a recognised human services or health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience with quality or compliance frameworks within the community services sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing, consulting on and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining a Legislative Compliance system (desirable).
  • Experience in outcomes measurement, evaluation methodologies or continuous improvement initiatives (desirable).
