As a Casual Educator, you’ll work morning and/or afternoon shifts before and after school, helping deliver fun, safe and inclusive programs for primary school-aged children.
No experience yet? That’s okay. We provide on-the-job training, support and mentoring from a dedicated Service Leader and experienced educators.
This could be a perfect try-out option if you’re thinking about becoming qualified, as long as you commence study within 3 months, we can employ you while you learn.
You have an energetic, positive approach to working with children and can help create a safe, fun environment. You’re a team player who can build warm relationships with children, fami-lies and colleagues.

There are many different educational pathways to be qualified for this position.
Whether it’s a Bachelor of Arts, Science, or a Diploma of Community Services, these are just some of the qualifications equivalent to a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (check your qualification here).
If you’re not yet qualified, you’ll need to commence study within 3 months of starting.
