Your new role
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be an important part of helping us support consistent reporting and analysis data to improve the services we provide at Uniting. You’ll mainly focus on supporting specific Divisions and Programs, but there will also be plenty of opportunities to collaborate with and support other teams across the organisation.
You will play a key role in providing the necessary support to the organisation to enable reporting of performance data against any relevant funding agreements or contracts.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Supporting complex information analysis in response to enquiries
Providing assistance and advice to colleagues and managers within Uniting
Contributing to the accurate and timely completion of performance reporting for both operational/contract and governance requirements.

Your skills and experience
Tertiary qualifications in business analytics and or administration (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in developing performance reporting to meet regulatory needs
Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting large volumes of data
Advanced skills in SQL Reporting Services
Advanced skills with SQL
Demonstrated experience with SSRS
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
