Your new role

As part of a collaborative and growing P&C Partnerships team, you’ll work closely with an experienced Partnerships Manager and leaders across the organisation to deliver a practical, solutions-focused Business Partnering service.

You’ll support a broad range of people initiatives and day-to-day partnering activities, including workforce planning, ER/IR, organisational change, performance, remuneration and WHS.

Your skills and experience

You’ll bring a blend of HR capability, judgement and stakeholder confidence, including:

  • Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner in a people focused capacity.
  • Strong understanding of NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work frameworks.
  • End-to-end case management experience, handling a range of matters including complex investigations, employee relations issues, and performance management cases.
  • Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, WHS, organisational change or development.
  • Proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments and Awards, including classifications and rates of pay.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted, collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
