As the Centre Director at our early learning centre in Collingwood, you will oversee a dedicated team to deliver quality early learning and care that supports children in the wider community. This full-time, ongoing opportunity will provide the right leader with the space to thrive in a program with strong ties to the community.
With its expansive outdoor area featuring natural landscaping and vegetable gardens, Rupert Street Child Care & Kindergarten is an oasis of fun and laughter. Caring for and educating children of the community since 1959, the centre is conveniently located in the inner-city suburb of Collingwood.
You’ll coach and mentor your team to empower children’s learning and create space for reflective practice. You’ll collaborate with families and community partners, maintain quality and safety, and lead initiatives that make the centre a place where all children thrive.
