Your new role

You’ll play a key role in helping Educators provide inclusive kindergarten programs that meet the diverse needs of all children. Your support will build on the educators’ existing knowledge and skills while valuing their expertise in nurturing children’s learning and development. Together, you’ll help them achieve positive outcomes that reflect each child’s unique interests, abilities, and needs.

Your approach will involve consulting with Educators and may include providing resources, observing classrooms with thoughtful feedback, linking to professional development opportunities, and offering personalised coaching.
