Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising.
You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
