This role supports people with mental health challenges to build life skills, manage their wellbeing, and achieve personal goals. You’ll create individual plans, connect participants with helpful community resources, and work across all age groups. It’s based on recovery-oriented principles and brings expert knowledge in psychosocial support.
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Worker who is passionate about person-centered care and recovery. If you thrive in collaborative environments, work confidently with diverse teams, and tailor support plans to suit each individual’s journey—this role is for you.
As part of our team, you’ll provide both one-on-one and group support, while staying connected with families, carers, and other services to ensure seamless care. Your strong understanding of mental health recovery and your experience within the NDIS framework will allow you to help participants reach their goals through practical, personalised strategies that align with their plans.
Our work isn’t easy, but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
