Your new role

The MARAM Coordinator role has been established to deliver a streamlined, systemic approach to sector development and support. As the MARAM Coordinator, you will lead the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of assigned activities under the MARAM Collaborative Practice Training (MCPT) workplan.

In this role, some of your other responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the MARAM Sector Support Project (SSP) workplan, the Annual Action Plan, and priority projects under the CHIFVC Strategic Plan (2026-29), as required. 
  • The delivery of a bespoke MARAM Collaborative Practice Training model for the Central Highlands Area.
  • Leading the delivery of MARAM Collaborative Practice Training for local agencies and support the delivery of MARAM alignment across the region.
  • Collaborating with local agencies delivering primary prevention activities, to ensure they have access to MARAM-aligned training and sector development support.

Your skills and experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, community services, public policy, health or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience working within, the family violence sector
  • Experience delivering MARAM or related family violence training (desirable)
  • Knowledge of regional service systems and cross-sector collaboration (desirable)
  • Ability to scope, plan and implement projects within required timeframes
