Step into the next phase of leadership and community impact.
We are seeking a Senior Manager to play a vital role at the heart of our community, leading a diverse portfolio of programs dedicated to strengthening, connecting, and restoring families. This position goes beyond traditional service delivery, reimagining how programs are designed and led to create deeper, more lasting outcomes. With a strong focus on parenting and families, you will balance strategic direction with day-to-day leadership to ensure services are effective, responsive, and centred on the people they serve.
This is an opportunity to grow the role and shape it into your vision. You will support managers and frontline teams implementing family service reform initiatives, while also building capability, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. By bringing together insight, innovation, and accountability, you will help ensure programs remain relevant, sustainable, and impactful for the communities that rely on them.
As part of this new phase and the way forward, you will collaborate with leaders and partners to build services that evolve with community need and deliver lasting impact. Your leadership will influence both immediate outcomes and long-term change.
At its core, this role is about leading with purpose and values, creating environments where people feel supported, heard, and empowered, while helping communities become stronger, more inclusive, and connected.
