We have a rare opportunity for a Manager to join our Gippsland Leadership Team. The Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership, management and development of several high-quality care and placement services across the Gippsland region including Home Based Care, Therapeutic Services (Circle Program), Kinship Care and Targeted Care Packages. The role also oversees two retainer homes offering emergency home based care placements.
As Manager, you will lead a committed workforce to deliver a range of services to vulnerable children, young people and families who present with complex needs. Working closely with the Senior Manager, the Manager will ensure that services effectively respond to evolving consumer and community needs and are delivered in accordance with statutory requirements.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 8) + super, you can access the following.
You will have a Bachelor level degree or above in Social Welfare, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline plus 3 years post qualifying experience and a current driver’s licence.
