Our Family Preservation and Reunification Response Program promotes strong and self-sufficient families by supporting parents and caregivers to create a safe and nurturing home environment.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide intensive wraparound case management services to the most complex and challenging families who present with multiple demands. You will deliver assertive outreach, undertake risk assessments, lead care team planning and develop creative interventions to engage hard-to-reach families.
Working as part of collaborative care team, you will assist families to address the safety and developmental needs of children and young people, and support parents to enhance their resilience and self-determination.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 6) + super, you can access the following.
You will have a degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology or a child and family welfare related discipline and a current driver’s licence.
