Your new role
At Uniting, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Family Services Evaluation and Implementation Lead. Quickly establishing yourself in the Quality Division, you will use your family services sector knowledge, alongside your evaluation expertise to lead the evaluation of Family Services at Uniting. You’ll play a key role in demonstrating the outcomes and impacts of Family Services programs, identifying opportunities for service enhancement, and driving quality improvements. If you’re a strategic, collaborative leader who’s passionate about evaluation, service improvement and driving real change, we’d love to hear from you.

Your skills and experience
Tertiary qualification within a recognised human services or health discipline
Experience in service delivery/working with vulnerable children and families
Experience in managing project implementation, monitoring and evaluation
Proven ability to lead and manage projects, produce detailed project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them

Provide leadership and support to a team of Coordinators + be responsible for the delivery, performance, and quality of specific Uniting programs within designated local government areas
Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Uniting’s family services programs, incorporating the Excellence Framework, through our innovative service model.
