The Funding and Compliance Officer plays a critical role in supporting the governance and sustainability of Uniting’s Early Learning services. Working closely with our leadership and service delivery teams, this role supports the monitoring and processes related to key funding streams, ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and supports continuous improvement through accurate data tracking and reporting.
This role blends attention to detail with a strong values lens – ensuring that the systems and processes we rely on are not only effective but also uphold our commitment to quality, equity, and accountability across our early learning structure. It's a pivotal back-of-house role that enables front-line teams to thrive.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning division – a dynamic and purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. We champion access, inclusion, and quality in everything we do, and we’re driven by a deep belief in the power of early learning to transform lives and strengthen communities.
