Your new role
As a Customer Service officer, you will be in charge of key front desk operations including reception and switchboard, banking duties, fleet management, room bookings and direct contact with the public and Uniting employees. You have a friendly disposition, always composed and have excellent communication skills.
While based at Sale, you may have opportunities to work from other Gippsland Uniting sites on a causal basis. You should be available to work shifts between Monday and Friday from 8:45 am – 5.00 pm.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in Reception, Customer Service or office administration (essential)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate Experience in handling sensitive information and maintaining privacy
