We are seeking a suitability qualified Early Childhood Teacher to support the delivery of our kindergarten program in Heyfield. The position is one day per week. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with existing staff to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children. You will oversee service operations to maintain compliance and quality and to provide leadership to a passionate and professional team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs. You will also ensure we provide an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.
