About the role

Are you a skilled and diploma qualified educator looking for a casual role that combines operational leadership and rostered time teaching?

Our kindergarten located in Geelong offers a creative program for 3 to 4 year-olds and operates 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

You support our team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections as well as teaching values that reflect our small local community - kindness, resilience and teamwork.

Your skills and experience

You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:

• Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
• Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
• A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
