As a Counsellor with Ruby’s Reunification Program, you will provide high-quality therapeutic support to young people and their families, focusing on reducing conflict, strengthening relationships, and preventing youth homelessness through family reunification.
Working with young people aged 12-17 and their families, you’ll complete safety assessments, respond to risk, and collaborate closely with your team to promote safe and positive outcomes. You’ll also provide supervision in therapeutic practice to the Family Worker team, ensuring services are accessible, culturally responsive, and aligned with Ruby’s Service Model.
Ruby’s works with families to rebuild positive relationships and strengthen their ability to live together, recognising that, where safe, home is always the best place for a young person to be.
